Most of us by now are aware that Japanese Green tea is known as a drink which has many benefits for your overall health. As winter approaches it's comforting to know that one of the benefits of green tea is its ability to inactivate the flu virus. If you're anything lime me, you're becoming more and more concerned about your health as you get older. It doesn't matter what the issues are, we are always going to see folks that try to prove otherwise, but as far as I'm concerned, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, so to speak, and with the far east Asians living not only longer, but healthier, lives than we in the west, they must be doing something right with regards to their diet.I've decided to incorporate this beverage into my daily diet as a replacement for coffee and sodas.
In order to derive as many health benefits of green tea as I can, I've got to maintain a regular supply of the drink in my home.
